IPM's Making Waves: Beth S Brinkmann

IPM’s Making waves recognises attorneys who are, in some way, shape or form, making waves in their respective roles

In this edition of IPM’s Making waves, we recognise Covington & Burling partner Beth S Brinkmann. A SCOTUS stalwart, Brinkmann has argued in 25 cases before the Supreme Court and has been involved in countless more. Aside from her time in private practice, Brinkmann has twice served in the US Department of Justice as both the deputy assistant attorney general (civil division) and as assistant to the solicitor general respectively.
