Theclaimants sought declarations that notices, by which they purported to terminatethe appointment of the defendant as Operator under four Joint Operating Agreementsand a Unitisation and Unit Operating Agreement (JOAs) between the claimants andthe defendant, were valid and took effect in accordance with their terms.
