Expected shipping trends for 2020 from a P&I perspective

The IMO’s 0.5 per cent sulphur cap is, as of 1 January, fully in force and all vessels are now required to either burn low-sulphur
fuel as bunkers, use alternative fuels, or fit scrubbers to exhaust systems when using fuels with a higher sulphur content
in order with MARPOL regulations.
