EUIPO must provide ‘fresh’ Fack Ju decision, CJEU rules
The EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) will have to give a ‘fresh’ ruling after it previously prohibited the trademark
registration of ‘Fack Ju Göhte’, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has ruled.
