PTAB judges swipe right on Bumble in Tinder patent dispute

Dating app Bumble has shown a “reasonable likelihood” thatit will prevail in its attempt to invalidate patented apps owned by Tinder’sparent company covering swiping mechanics, according to a panel of administrativepatent judges (APJ) at the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
