Brexit – how will it impact the UK’s AML regime?

The UK will follow EU law until at least the end of the post-Brexit transition period, currently set for 31 December 2020. Beyond, the position is less clear for AML professionals though Rob Dalling and Amanda Azarian of Jenner & Block already detect some signs of divergence.
