Reductions in traffic volumes in Europe from Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in unprecedented reductions in traffic volumes reported across Europe since confinement measures took effect. However, early reports based on limited data show that road deaths have not been reduced to the same degree, and, in some areas, have stayed the same or risen, according to the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC).
