FCA wins High Court case against unauthorised firms providing pensions services

TheFinancial Conduct Authority is taking a range of actions against two unauthorisedfirms that have been providing retail pensions services. Having just won acivil case in the High Court, the regulator is now seeking orders to ban one ofthe companies and three directors. It will also ask the court to determine theamounts that should be paid by the individuals and the company in the form ofrestitution to clients.
