Regulatory framework of investment funds in Kosovo

An investment fund is a pool of assets, belonging to a different person(s) commonly referred to as an investor, in which the power to manage assets belongs to a third party, known as the fund manager. The fund manager, in consideration of management fees, makes investment decisions on behalf of investors, who realise profits based on the performance of the underlying assets where the fund manager invested the funds.
