The FCA is shifting some of the onusfrom provider to consumer in a new set of covid-related guidance on how firms should continue to help insurance and premium finance customers infinancial difficulty. The measures come into effect on 1 November and follow onfrom the temporary guidance for this sector that began in May this year.
