Non-compliance issue over products imported into EU
A pilot project by the European Chemicals Agency’s (ECHA) Enforcement Forum examining imports of products into the EU found
that 23 per cent of inspected products were non-compliant with REACH and the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP)
regulations.
