Airline Services Ltd agrees UK DPA over Lufthansa agent bribery, pays nearly UK£3m

Aircraft refitting company Airline Services Limited (ASL), no longer trading, is to pay out a total UK£2,979,685 under a deferred
prosecution agreement (DPA) [1] with the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) over bribes paid to an employee of German national
carrier Lufthansa.
