FCA bans three men from the sector following sexual offence convictions

The FCA has banned three individuals with convictions for sexual offences from working in the financial services industry - following findings that they are not fit and proper. The action fits in with the regulator's view that sexual harassment and other non-financial misconduct can drive poor culture.
