Highways England in sexual harassment protections agreement
Highways England has signed a legally binding agreement with the Equality and Human Rights Commission to improve protections
from sexual harassment in the workplace for its 5,000 employees. It follows the award for £74,000 in compensation to a member
of staff for sexual harassment and unfair dismissal.
