EUCLID TRANSACTIONAL BOOSTS LONDON TEAM WITH HIRE

Managing general agent (MGA) Euclid Transactional UK has hired David Luckett as a senior vice-president within its London team. Luckett, who had been with Ironshore since 2017, was most recently a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) underwriter. Euclid Transactional said Luckett brings experience advising on transactions across Africa and many European jurisdictions to the role. “Luckett is an experienced underwriter and a great addition to the team,” Kit Westropp, managing principal of Euclid Transactional, told Insurance Day. “He represents a continuation of our strategy to hire experienced senior underwriters in the market with excellent broker and client relationships.” Euclid underwrites warranties and indemnities, tax liability and contingency liability insurance in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
