In November 2019, the High Court found that the use of (the combination sign, see below) by Bentley Motors (the car company) infringed BENTLEY trademarks of Bentley 1962 (Bentley Clothing), which is a small family-run UK clothing company for clothing and headgear goods. In December 2020, the Court of Appeal heard Bentley Motors’ appeal of the decision.
