Goldman Sachs and Clifford Chance professionals prosecuted by FCA

The Financial Conduct Authority has begun criminal proceedings against two brothers for insider dealing and fraud. Mohammed Zina, an analyst in the Conflicts Resolution Group of Goldman Sachs International in London, and Suhail Zina, a solicitor at Clifford Chance, both appeared before the Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 16 February 2021.
