The subject vessel was chartered on the NYPE form for a time charter trip from Brazil to the Mediterranean carrying a cargo of sugar. She was delivered into the charter on 6 August, loaded her cargo between 12 and 13 August and proceeded to the Egyptian discharge port in accordance with the charterers’ orders.
