Silver bullet for green shipping in ship financing?

In November 2017 three global shipping banks (Citi, Societe Generale, and DNB) initiated a broad discussion on climate risk in ship finance and “greener” shipping, supported by the industry (AP Møller Mærsk, Cargill, Euronav, Gram Car Carriers, Lloyd’s Register and Watson Farley & Williams) and experts (Global Maritime Forum, Rocky Mountain Institute, and University College London Energy Institute).
