No small claims track limit increase for EL/PL
The Civil Procedure (Amendment No 2) Rules 2021 (SI 2021 No 196 (L 4)), which enters into force on 31 May 2021, does not include
an increase in the small claims track (SCT) limit for personal injury claims for employer’s liability (EL) and public liability
(PL) accidents.
