Campylobacter and salmonella bacteria cases stabilising in EU

The number of reported human cases of illness caused by campylobacter and salmonella bacteria across Europe appears to be stabilising over the past five years, according to the latest report by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
