FCA consults on setting online tests for high-risk investors as part of reform package

The FCA is considering requiring retail investors to pass an online test before they invest in high-risk products in areas from peer-to-peer lending to unlisted securities and crypto assets. This is one of many preliminary proposals that the regulator is asking for feedback on as it prepares to increase the existing protections.
