Pablo Guillén joins DAC Beachcroft’s global insurance practice in Madrid

One of Spain’s leading insurance litigators, Pablo Guillén, has been appointed as a partner in DAC Beachcroft’s global insurance practice in Madrid. Guillén, who returns to DAC Beachcroft after eight years as a partner with Clyde & Co, has specialised in all aspects of financial institutions (FI) and directors’ and officers’ (D&O) insurance claims throughout his legal career, advising on some of the market’s leading domestic and international cases.
