HIGH STREET INSURANCE PARTNERS MAKES TWO ACQUISITIONS IN NEW JERSEY

US broking group High Street Insurance Partners has acquired Paladin Insurance Agency and Richardi-Demola Insurance Agency, two New Jersey-based sister intermediaries that specialise in personal and business insurance solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Agency president Tom Geraghty will continue to head the two firms and will report to Scott Goodreau, HSIP’s managing partner and chief operating officer. Michigan-based HSIP said the acquisition expands its presence in the northeast US and marks its first in New Jersey. The company now employs more than 500 insurance specialists and consultants in offices in Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and its home state.
