EgyptAir crew relatives seek compensation

The relatives of five crew members (including the pilot) who died in the 1999 EgyptAir crash have launched action against Boeing and other companies, alleging that faults in the plane, rather than pilot suicide, caused the loss and 217 deaths. They seek unspecified damages from Boeing, engine maker Pratt & Whitney, hydraulic valve maker Parker Hannifin Corp and other companies.
