Health insurers escape auto-renewal change as FCA moves to protect loyal customers

Home and motor insurers must stop charging higher premiums to loyal customers than they do to new customers under a widely expected FCA rule change. But some private health, medical and pet policies have escaped another new rule that makes it easier for consumers to end auto-renewal arrangements.
