OSS needs more
The Office for the Supervision of Solicitors (OSS) will receive the bulk of money raised by 15% increase in solicitors’ practice
certificate fee to £495. The Law Society’s Council was told this was necessary to allow the OSS ‘to fulfil its obligations’.
