Climate change disclosure rules for firms due by end of 2021

Asset managers, life insurers and FCA-regulated pension providers are expected to be subject to climate change disclosure requirements from next year — covering products and services as well as general disclosure. The Financial Conduct Authority is now consulting on these proposals with the aim of publishing rules and guidance by the end of the year.
