On June 25 the High Court of Australia
refused insurers special leave to appeal against the November 18, 2020 judgment of the New South Wales Court of Appeal in
HDI Global Specialty SE v Wonkana No 3 Pty Ltd trading as Austin Tourist Park (2020) (the first test case).
