12.1 Before discussing the solution proposed by this volume, it necessary first to consider what constitutes a merit-worthy solution. It has been demonstrated that no one approach of those adopted to date deals satisfactorily with all aspects of breaches of warranties and other conditions in commercial insurance contracts.
