Whistleblowing in the EU – challenges for international corporations

Most member states have not yet implemented the European Union’s new Whistleblowing Directive into their own law and it will be demanding for multinational companies to manage legal uncertainty, bureaucratic burdens or a possible patchwork of jurisdictional standards.
