NatWest awaits fine of up to £340m after pleading guilty to MLR criminal charges

NatWest will be sentenced in early December on three charges of failing to comply with money laundering legislation — as a result of the FCA using its criminal prosecution powers under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 for the first time.
