Pensions adviser banned and fined after switching vulnerable clients to minibond fund

The former principal director of a Bradford-based pension-switching firm has been fined and banned after advising vulnerable clients to take out SIPPs and invest in a “high-risk and potentially illiquid investment”. Omar Hussein was also found to have written “unclear and misleading” Suitability Reports for clients.
