IQUW ACQUIRES AGORA SYNDICATE HOLDINGS

Property, commercial and specialty re/insurer IQUW has acquired Agora Syndicate Holdings and its subsidiaries, the group responsible for providing underwriting services to Agora syndicate 3268. IQUW said the addition of Agora’s business will complement its existing property, direct and facultative, treaty and binder products and create one of Lloyd’s leading property markets. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
