The subject vessel was a single-deck geared bulk carrier/logger built in 2012, with a summer deadweight of 28,233 tonnes, a length of 169.4 m and beam of 27.2 m. She was chartered on the NYPE 1946 form with additional clauses for one time charter trip of about 55 days without guarantee.
