7.1 An undoubtedly positive and interesting aspect of international commercial arbitration practice is that it frequently brings together legal practitioners from different legal systems as co-counsels, opposing counsel or as members of tribunals. This in turn results in the sharing of different perspectives and thinking about common commercial legal problems.
