Unlike in the previous few years there haven’t been any UK Supreme Courtpatents decisions this year. Instead, as anticipated in our last year’s round up,the English Patents Court has been dominated by fair reasonable andnon-discriminatory (FRAND) cases – and so too is this year’s round up. Beforewe go into those, though, we briefly highlight some of the interesting pointsthat have caught our attention from some of the non-FRAND-related decisionscoming out of the Patents Court and Court of Appeal this year.
