Sangha v Sangha [2021] EWHC 1599 (Ch)

In June this year, Deputy Master Bowles issued his judgment in the case of Sangha v Sangha [2021] EWHC 1599 (Ch), a combined probate/proprietary estoppel claim in which I appeared for some of the defendants. The claim involved property in England and India worth potentially as much as £40 million, and the judgment deals with a number of important legal points.
