OPTIO BOLSTERS W&I WITH BROCKWELL ACQUISITION
Managing general agent Optio has acquired Brockwell Capital in a move to expand its warranties and indemnities (W&I) capabilities. The acquisition will add new expertise such as tax liability and contingent liability and financial lines to Optio’s existing mergers and acquisitions insurance capabilities.
