War stress

Claims from at least 350 former soldiers, targeting the Ministry of Defence for failure to prepare them or adequately treat their posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) suffered in various military actions and wars, have been combined into two group actions. One group relates to those who served before May 1987, when Crown Immunity was removed, the other from those serving after that date.
