Fairchild commentary

The outcome of the appeal of Fairchild v Glenhaven Funeral Services Ltd, Waddington plc and Leeds City Council will be met with interest (see LRI 128, March 2001) but, whatever that may be, it is not likely to impinge strongly on the majority of asbestos claims. So argues Simon Allen of Russell Jones & Walker of Sheffield in a detailed commentary in the Law Society Gazette of 22 March 2001.
