Charterparty (voyage) – Demurrage – Notice of readiness – Free pratique – Vessel leaving berth without discharging due to concerns about under-keel clearance

The claimant, the owner of the tanker Stena Primorsk, chartered her to the defendant for a single voyage under the terms of an amended Shellvoy 6 form. The contract was set out in, or evidenced by, a recap of 9 March 2019. The charterparty provided in clause 1(A) that it was warranted that information set out in any supplied questionnaire was correct and formed “an integral part of this charter”.
