Foreign-sourced money in US civil litigation through litigation funding

A new report released by the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform (ILR) has warned that there is growing concern that “a large volume of foreign-sourced money may be pouring into US civil litigation against US companies and industries (including those in defence and other highly sensitive sectors), raising significant national and economic security risks.”
