Trans workers face harassment and violence in Canadian workplaces

Non-binary and trans workers were disproportionately impacted by harassment and violence in Canadian workplaces. Canada’s unions have announced a renewed commitment to supporting trans people in the workplace by calling for a comprehensive and targeted approach to violence and harassment prevention.
