Only two wrongful death suits filed for WTC

At the time of writing only two wrongful death suits have been filed on behalf of people who died on 11 September. Both name Osama bin Laden as defendant. The reason for few filings to date, apart from difficulty in citing a defendant with any likelihood of payment, is that by going to court the plaintiffs would lose benefits under the federally funded Victim Compensation Fund.
