Pension transfer firms ignore FCA warnings on British Steel compensation procedures

At least 15 pension transfer firms are putting themselves at risk of being disciplined by the FCA for "serious malpractice".

The organisations have been making compensation offers to former members of the British Steel Pension Scheme in a way that might preclude anyone who accepts from receiving a better offer through a scheme designed by the regulator.
