Historic judgment in first ever US constitutional climate trial

A historic judgment in the US has declared that the state of Montana violated the constitutional rights of 16 youth plaintiffs, including their rights to equal protection, dignity, liberty, health and safety and public trust, which are all predicated on their right to a clean and healthful environment. The case is thought to be the first ever constitutional climate trial in US history.
