The Black Sea Grain Initiative is a hot topic at present, with the previous arrangement currently suspended and military involvement
in the area increasing. In early August a Russian naval ship was damaged near the Russian port of Novossiysk and a tanker
was attacked near Crimea, and risks from drone attacks are increasing.
