On 23 June 2017 JB Foods agreed to sell to JB Cocoa 300 mt of Nigeria cocoa beans. The purchase order provided for shipment in June to July 2017, cif Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia. Payment was to be cash against documents. The original sellers of the cargo were WACOT Ltd, who had sold to DIT and there had been a further sale to JB Foods.
