Objection by parents on religious grounds to baby's vaccinations

Re WSP (A Child) (Vaccination: Religious Objection) [2023] EWHC 2622 (Fam)

A mother who had strong objections to vaccinations being given to her baby sought an injunction from the High Court in its inherent authority to prevent a Local Authority from exercising its parental responsibility to arrange for her son to have his routine vaccinations.
